The general conditions for Club Santa Ponsa are the following:
Check-in From 12:00 hrs.
Check-out Until 11:00 hrs.
Children and extra beds All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.75 per night per person for cots. Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 2. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel. Pets are not allowed.  Accepted credit cards Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Important information  All the guests travelling with children must indicate their ages in the Comments box when booking.

Booking Cancellations

By making a reservation with a hotel, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that hotel, and to any additional terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel. The general cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel is made available on our website at the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email.
